摘要
人类近200-300的历史,就是一部工业化的历史,工业化对于增强地区竞争力,创造就业机会,积累社会财富发挥着重要的作用。新疆解放60年的工业化,使得居民享受着工业文明的成果。在分析昌吉州工业发展的现状基础上,指出工业化发展中存在的问题,提出了政府利用这次国际金融危机带来的机遇与挑战,坚持科学发展走出一条资源节约、经济效益高、环境优良的可持续工业化道路。
Industrial development is the major feature in the past 200 to 300 years,for which enhanceing the comepetition ablity,creating employment,and fortune based economics of scale and stacking effect.Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region＇s industrialization in the past 60 years is making several million people in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region enjoymore and more welfare from industrial civilization.On the analysis of the advantages and advantages in the process of the industrial development in Changji Hui Autonomous Prefecture,some suggestions are put out,the government should guide and propel adjustment and upgrading of industral structure,by taking opportunities brought by this international financial crisis to lead the industrial development in Changji Hui Autonomous Prefecture into a resources—conserviing,high-efficecy,environment — friendly and sustainable pattern.
