c-Fos和RANKL在大鼠实验性根尖周炎中表达的相关性研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的:观察大鼠实验性根尖周病变过程中c-Fos和RANKL的表达与分布。方法:将25只Wistar大鼠下颌第一磨牙开髓,分别于术后0,7,14,21,28d取下颌骨,制备组织切片后用免疫组织化学的方法检测c-Fos和RANKL的表达与分布。结果:c-Fos和RANKL在正常根尖周组织中偶见表达;术后14d两者表达上升至高峰;术后21~28d两者数量明显减少。自0~28d,c-Fos和RANKL的表达呈正相关。结论:c-Fos和RANKL在大鼠实验性根尖周病变中表达呈正相关,可能共同参与根尖周炎的病变过程。 Objective:To observe the correlation between the expression of c-Fos and RANKL in experimental periapical lesions in rats.Methods:Apical periodontitis was induced in Wistar rats by occlusal exposure of the pulp of their mandibular first molars.After the exposure,twenty-five Wistar rats were sacrificed on day 0,7,14,21,and 28.The jaws that contained the first molar were obtained and routinely prepared for immunohistochemistry.Results:A few c-Fos-positive cells and RANKL-positive cells could be observed on day 7,and both climaxed on day 14.In the 21-and 28-day-samples,the expression of c-Fos decreased,and fewer RANKL-positive cells could be observed.From day 0 to day 28,a significant positive correlation was found between the expression of c-Fos and RANKL.Conclusion:These findings demonstrated that c-Fos and RANKL could be observed,which may be associated with the pathogenesis of periapical lesions.
