摘要 目的:检测Bag-1蛋白在口腔鳞状细胞癌(Oral squamous cell carcinoma,OSCC)中的表达,探讨其在不同分化的OSCC中表达的差异及其临床意义。方法:应用免疫组织化学法S-P法检测52例OSCC及20例正常的舌黏膜组织中Bag-1蛋白的表达,数据采用SPSS13.0统计软件进行χ2检验。结果:Bag-1蛋白在病理分级的高分化组阳性表达率为50.00%、中分化组阳性表达率为76.19%、低分化组阳性表达率为93.33%,三者之间对比有显著性差异(P<0.05),与正常对照组有显著性差异(P<0.01);在临床分期为早期(Ⅰ级+Ⅱ级)组中阳性表达率为55.55%,晚期(Ⅲ级+Ⅳ级)组中阳性表达率为82.35%,二者之间存在显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:Bag-1蛋白的表达与OSCC的病理分级和临床发展关系密切,并且检测该指标有助于OSCC的早期诊断。 Objective:To detect the expression of Bag-1 proteins in human oral squamous cell carcinoma(OSCC)and explore its clinicopathological significance.Methods:The expression of Bag-1 proteins in 52 cases of OSCC and 20 cases of normal oral squamous tissue was detected by immunohistochemistry using S-P staining.The correlation of each score according to the intensity and percentage of labeled cells or intercellular substnace with relevant clinical date was statistically analyzed by SPSS13.0 soft with χ2 test.Results:The postive rates of Bag-1 proteins in well differentiated OSCC group was 50.00%,that in moderately differentiated OSCC group was 76.19% and in poorly differentiated OSCC group was 93.33%,There were significant differences of Bag-1 proteins postive rates in different grades(P0.05),and it was significantly higher in OSCC than in normal oral mucosal tissue(P0.01).The postive rates of Bag-1 proteins in clinical early stage group was 55.55% and in clinical advanced stage group was 82.35%.There was significant difference between two stages(P0.05).Conclusion:There was significant correlation between the expression of Bag-1 proteins and OSCC genesis and development,and the expression of Bag-1 proteins detected administers to diagnose early.
