摘要
为了完成船舶机舱内各设施大量动态参数的采集与处理,提出基于CAN现场总线的组态技术的机舱监测报警系统的设计方案,完成系统的硬件配置,应用OPC技术、力控组态软件和Access数据库,设计系统软件,实现了机舱内的热工参数、液位参数及其他参数的集中监测、自动数据处理、自动报警和控制功能。
In order to meet a great deal of dynamic room, a design plan of monitoring and alarming system parameters" acquisition and treatment in facilities in ship's engine was offered, which is based on CAN bus field configuration technique. The hardware configuration and the software of the system applying OPC technique, Force Control configuration software and Access database were introduced. The system achieves centralized monitoring, automatic data processing, automatic alarm and control function of thermodynamic parameters, liquid level and other parameters.
