摘要
借助Fluent软件,采用realizablek-ε湍流模型对增压燃油锅炉与常压燃油锅炉旋流燃烧器冷态流场进行数值模拟,得到相应的内部空气流场,对比不同结构参数对燃烧器内回流区的影响,对比分析回流区对重油燃烧流场的影响,得到利于燃烧的适宜结构参数,为该型增压锅炉的设计、改造提供依据。
With the aid of the Fluent software, the realizable κ-ε turbulence model was applied to simulate the cold flow field numerically on eddy flow boiler of the turbo charged oil-burned boilers and the atmospheric pressure oil burned boilers. Comparing the results of eddy flow field distribution under different structure parameters, the effect for the recir eulation zone of boilers was analyzed. The influence of different structure parameters for the recirculation zone of the heavy oil burning flow field was studied to optimize the suitable design parameter for burning, so as to provide valuable reference for design and transformation of this kind of boilers.
