Training of First Line Workers in Software Outsourcing of Suzhou: Patterns and Practice

针对苏州服务外包行业特点和软件外包的发展趋势,分析了软件外包人才现状和需求结构,形成以学历教育、专业培训和公共学习相结合的多渠道低端人才培养方案,通过产学研合作模式的创新、公共学习平台的搭建,实现外包人才培养和企业用工的顺利对接。

This paper first makes an analysis of the characteristics of Suzhou＇s service outsourcing,of the trend of development in software outsourcing,and of the status quo of software outsourcing employees,then suggests the following patterns to train first line workers： the training programs should be performed through different channels,that is,the channel of full-time college education,the channel of part-time training,and the channel of public learning platform;and by the construction of public learning platform and by encouraging the cooperation among industry,college and research institute,the training of the workers should be connected well with the employment of businesses.
