摘要
随着我国新课程改革的不断深人,校本课程的开发已成为我国课程改革领域的一项重要议题。教师是校本课程开发的重要参与者,对实施新课程具有决定性的意义。正确认识和了解教师在校本课程开发中的主体性地位,自觉提升教师素养,对促进校本课程的开发和提高基础教育的质量都显得极为重要。
Along with the constant deepening of new curriculum reform,school-based curriculum development has become an imporant subject in the curriculum reform realm in China.As the important participants, teachers are playing a profound role in the curriculum reform.At the present stage,recognizing correctly and deeply teachers' place in the development,and consciously promoting teachers'quality are crucial for both the development of school-based curriculum and the quality promotion of basic education.
