摘要
大体积混凝土现在较为流行的定义是,结构外型最小尺寸不小于80 cm,水化热在混凝土内产生的最高温度与外界温度的差预计超过25℃的混凝土工程.在工业厂房施工中,大体积混凝土工程的施工比较常见,但对于如何掌握大体积混凝土工程的温控,怎样处理好温控措施,对于广大设计者还是一个较浅的概念.笔者针对我院安阳钢铁股份有限公司2X23500 m3/h空分工程中冷箱基础承台的施工,对大体积混凝土的温控进行阐述.
Now more popular definition of mass concrete is not less than 80cm in the structure dimensions,as hydration heat in concrete resulting from the maximum temperature difference with the outside temperature is expected to more than 25 degrees Celsius in the concrete.In the industrial plant construction,the mass concrete construction is more common,but how to control the temperature of the mass concrete,where the majority of designers is still a relatively simple concept.The temperature control of mass concrete for cold box based on pile construction in the Anyang iron and steel institute limited company 2x23500Nm3/h air separation project is briefed in the paper
