An urgent task of actualizing leap-across development in the economically undeveloped areas is to resolve the difficult financing problems that small and medium enterprises face.In recent years,the government of Delingha City has actively set up finance platform for small and medium enterprises.The lacal government has activated the financing market,carved out a new route for the undeveloped area to cope with the loan difficulty that small and medium enterprises face,and enhanced sound and rapid development of small and medium enterprises,and the local economic development as well.
