约束“三生教育”有效实施的制度因素

The Institutional Factors of Constraining Sansheng Education

由云南省率先实施的生命、生存、生活教育,即"三生教育",能否取得预期效果,关键在于计划经济体制遗留下来的教育思想及其运行模式,在新的教育理念指导下能否得到改造,从而构建与市场经济体制相适应的制度环境。受现行体制的影响,具有计划经济特征的教育行政管理体制,以及在此基础上养成的标准制式教育、分数崇拜、"计划进步"等行政运作方式,已成为约束"三生教育"有效实施的制度因素。作为制度建设的有机组成部分,对此需要进行根本性的改革。

Sansheng education made up of life,survival and living,was first carried out in Yunnan province.In order to get desired results,on one hand we must transform the educational ideology and run mode left by planned economy,and on the other hand we need to get rid of institutional factors that constrain Sansheng education.Under the direction of new value,we can build a systematical environment adapted to market economy.
