摘要
本文以酿酒实验为例,阐述了在高师院校中发酵综合性设计性实验项目的开设,对提高学生的综合分析问题和解决问题的能力,并在培养学生独立自主的实验能力方面的作用。
Taking fermentation experiment for example,this paper elaborates the effects of comprehensive design experiment item in improving students＇ ability of independent experiment,and problem analysis and solution.
