摘要
作为学科化服务主体的学科馆员,其个人素质和能力的优劣对于学科馆员服务的成效至为关键。所以必须充分认识信息素养教育这一环节的重要性,不断提升学科馆员信息素养,不断提高其自身的知识和服务意识,更好地适应专业化、知识化信息服务的要求。
The quality and competence of subject librarians are the determining factors for the effectiveness of the service they provide.Therefore,we should fully realize the importance of information literacy education and continuously upgrade the information literacy of the subject librarians,in order to make them improve the consciousness of knowledge and service,so as to better adapt to the demand of specialized and intellectualized information service.
