电大行政管理专业实践教学改革成效分析

The Innovation Effect of the Practicing Course for the Administrative Management Majors in the TVU

我校在行政管理专业实践教学方面进行了积极探索,将社会调查环节由过去的学生自主选题改为现在的定向选题,并制定了详细的实施方案和考核监控办法。从2009年秋季732名行政管理专科学生的社会调查情况看,这一改革在实践教学模式探讨、学生综合能力培养、专业课程设置等方面成效显著,充分发挥了电大的系统资源优势,切实提高了电大的社会影响力。

In order to improve the innovation of practicing course,our school has made positive explorations to the practicing course of the administrative management majors.As for the social investigation,the former automatically selected topics have been narrow down to a certain fields of investigation.The specific implementation,appraisal and supervision measures have been formulated accordingly.In the exploration period of the innovation,leaders in our school attached importance to it,and we organize it properly,conduct effective training,communicate timely,work closely with each other and supervise effectively,resulting in remarkable success in some aspects such as the discussion on the practicing course mode,the cultivation of the comprehensive competence of the students,the design of specialized courses,and so on,which is proved in the social practice of the 732 junior college students majoring in the administrative management in autumn,2009.The innovation exploits the system resource advantage of TVU to the full,and greatly enhances the social influence of TVB.
