摘要
本文从湖底泥中分离出一株具有电化学活性的菌Y8,通过形态观察,生理生化特性的分析以及系统进化分析等,鉴定出该菌属于希瓦氏菌属(Shewanella)。用循环伏安法考察了该菌的电化学活性,发现其以醋酸和葡萄糖为电子供体时可产电,且随着菌液浓度的增加电化学活性增大。
An electrochemically active bacterium strain Y8 was isolated from lake silt.According to its phenotypic,physiological and biochemical characteristics as well as the phylogenetic analysis based on the sequence of 16S rDNA,it was identified as Shewanella sp..Cyclic voltammetry exper-iment showed that strain Y8 could use glucose and acetic acid as electronic donor to generate elec-tricity and its electrochemical activity is enhanced with the increase of cell density.
