不同预处理方法对麦草纤维素酶解效果的影响 被引量:10

摘要 以麦草纤维素为研究对象,将其进行机械粉碎后,分别采用碱浸泡/蒸汽、蒸汽/碱浸泡、蒸汽、冷冻/蒸汽、碱浸泡/冷冻等方法进行预处理,然后加入纤维素酶进行酶解,通过检测酶解液中葡萄糖含量来评价麦草纤维素预处理的效果。研究结果表明,预处理后的麦草纤维素经NaOH溶液浸泡后,再用蒸汽处理40 min,酶解24 h后葡萄糖产率较预处理前的葡萄糖产率有明显增加(提高15%);经NaOH溶液浸泡后再进行超低温(-80℃)冷冻处理,酶解12 h后葡萄糖产率有所增加,酶解48 h后葡萄糖产率比预处理前提高23%。 Wheat straw cellulose was used as the main raw material,which was pretreated by using the methods of alkali soaking /steam,steam/ alkali soaking,steam,freezing/ steam,alkali soaking / freezing,then the enzymolysis reaction was conducted under a given condition.The results of pre-treatment of wheat straw cellulose with chemical methods were evaluated by analyzing the concen-tration of reducing sugar in zymohydrolysis solution.The results showed that,after 24 h of enzymol-ysis reaction,the output of glucose for the wheat straw which was first soaked in Sodium hydroxide and then pretreated 40min by steam was 15% higher than that of the wheat straw without pretreat-ment;for the wheat straw which was first soaked in Sodium hydroxide and then frozen at an ultra low temperature of-80 ℃,the output of glucose will be slightly increased after 12 h of enzymolysis,and it will be increased by 23% after 48 h of enzymolysis.
