摘要
在催化反应精馏制甲缩醛的过程中,影响工艺过程的因素很多。实验以甲醇和甲醛为原料,以树脂催化剂催化精馏制甲缩醛,在其它条件不变的情况下,考察了反应中精馏塔内部温度、浓度梯度变化、醛醇比和投料量对甲缩醛产物的影响。
there are many influencing factors in the methylal production process which uses catalytic reaction rectification.Using the methanol and formaldehyde as raw materials and resin as catalyst to prepare methylal by catalytic rectification,and with no change of other conditions,the experiment examined the influence of the reaction distillation column internal temperature,concentration gradient change,aldehyde/alcohol ratio and feeding amount on the methylal product.
