摘要
通过对比某厂延迟焦化装置在不同循环比操作工况时装置的原料性质、产品质量、物料、能耗等方面的数据,定量分析了不同循环比对装置带来的影响,同时提出了焦化原料劣质化后,延长装置运行周期具体措施。
By comparison of feedstock property,product quality,material and energy consumption under operating conditions of different cycle ratios in the delayed coking unit of an oil refinery,quantitative analysis is made to the influence of different cycle ratios on the unit,and particular measures are put forward for extending operation period of the unit after deterioration of coking feedstock.
