摘要
通过对影响气液混合式泵的自吸性能的影响因素分析,确定了回流孔的当量直径、中心线的高度、叶轮与隔舌的间隙等结构参数的最佳值。并阐述了自吸泵的管路设计和选型对其自吸性能的影响。
Through analysis on factors affecting self-priming performance of gas & liquid mixing pump,the optimum values of the structural data such as equivalent diameter of reflux holes,height of centerline,and clearance between the impeller and separation tongue were determined.This paper also expounded the influence of the piping design and selection of self-priming pump on its self-priming performance.
