摘要
通过对压电陶瓷的机电能量转换机理和电能存储特性的研究,设计一种压电发电装置和相应的能量转换及存储电路为无线传感器网络供电。针对常规整流电路输入电流存在死区、呈尖顶波的特点,利用非线性阻抗元件的导通、关断及储能的特性,采用交叠泵升的电路连结形式,设计一种非线性阻抗变换整流电路,有效地克服和缩小了输入电流的死区范围。
A piezoelectric power-generation device and the corresponding circuit for energy transformation and storage were designed and fabric-cated for WSNs power supply through the study on the mechano-electric energy transformation of the piezoelec-tric ceramics and their electricity storage characteristic.According to the characteristics of deadarea,top wave in the com-mon rectifier circuit,utilizing the coupling circuit form of connection and fold based on the trait of turning on,shutting off and storing up the energy on nonlinear impedance component,the circuit can alter nonlinear impedance following the variety of voltage,and consequently the range of dead area of input current will be hurdled and reduced efficiently.
