口腔不同材料烤瓷冠磁共振成像伪影的实验研究 被引量:11

摘要 目的:检测口腔内常用金属烤瓷冠材料及全瓷冠在磁共振检查时是否产生伪影和伪影的严重程度;并比较不同检查序列对伪影的影响。方法:以全瓷冠为参照,制备5种不同材料的烤瓷冠模型,MRI检查设备场强为1.5T,每一模型均采用6种不同序列(GRET2WI、SET1WI、FSET1WI、FSET2WI、FLAIRT1WI和FLAIRT2WI)进行检查,分别测量各序列图像中每一模型所产生的伪影面积并进行分析比较,统计学处理采用协方差分析。结果:同一序列中不同材料模型对伪影大小产生的影响各异,其间差异有统计学意义(F=24.110,P=0.000)其中,金钯烤瓷冠、银钯烤瓷冠与全瓷冠无差异;而相同材料模型在不同序列中所产生的伪影大小亦各不相同,差异有统计学意义(F=7.202,P=0.000),其中,GRET2WI序列产生的伪影面积最大。结论:全瓷冠或贵金属烤瓷冠可减少MRI伪影,合理选择成像序列可减轻伪影。 Objective:The purpose of this study was to detect the oral common PFM material and all-ceramic crown,whether lead to MRI artifacts arising and the severity of artifacts,and compare the difference among the different sequences. Methods:All-ceramic crown was used as control. Five kinds of oral common material of PFM crowns which were made into experimental phantoms,were imaged by means of 1.5T MRI apparatus with 6 different sequences(GRE T2WI,SE T1WI,FSE T1WI,FSE T2WI,FLAIR T1WI and FLAIR T2WI) . The artifact area was measured and analyzed statistically using analysis of covariance. Results:The results indicated significant difference among different material(F = 24.110,P = 0.000) ,compared Au-Pd-PFM crown and Ag-Pd-PFM crown to all-ceramic crown,there was no difference;and significant difference was observed among 6 sequences(F = 7.202,P = 0.000) ,the largest artifact produced by GRE T2WI sequence. Conclusion:MRI artifacts can be reduced by selecting all-ceramic crown or noble metallic PFM and using optimal sequence in patients with metallic material.
