摘要 利用高温快速反应在聚丙烯酸/蒙脱土复合材料中加入TiO2成功制备聚丙烯酸/蒙脱土/TiO2复合材料,在紫外光照射下,采用湿法和干法2种方法对其进行降解,研究其降解过程.通过红外光谱、SEM对降解前后进行表征.结果表明:相对于干法降解,湿法降解无论从降解速度还是降解程度都远远好于干法降解.另外,在复合材料中加入TiO2,大大提高聚合物的紫外降解能力,表明聚丙烯酸/蒙脱土/TiO2复合材料是一种新型的环境友好型材料. The polyacrylic acid-montmorillonite-TiO2 composite was successfully prepared by adding TiO2 into polyacrylic acid-montmorillonite composite and by using high temperature quick reaction.Through wet process and dry process under irradiation of ultraviolet,the degradation of the composite was performed,the degradation process investigated,and characterized before and after degradation through infrared and SEM.The result indicated that compared to dry degradation,wet degradation had much better degradation rate and degree of degradation.Moreover,the UV-degradation ability of polymer could obviously be improved by adding TiO2 into the composite,indicating that the polyacrylic acid-montmorillonite-TiO2 composite was a new environment-friendly material.
