低氧训练对细胞凋亡影响的研究进展

Researching the Effects of Apoptosis in Hypoxic exercises

细胞凋亡广泛存在于生命体内,与细胞增殖一起共同维持机体细胞群的自身稳定,如果细胞过度凋亡和坏死,会导致严重的器质性病变。低氧训练能利用低氧刺激,提高机体转运氧的能力,对机体的细胞凋亡产生一定的影响。文章通过文献综述的方法论述了细胞凋亡的特征、低氧训练对机体不同组织器官细胞凋亡的影响及低氧训练诱导细胞凋亡的可能机制。

Apoptosis exists in the vital body widely,together with the cells multiplication to maintain the body＇s cells stability,if excessive cell apoptosis and necrosis,would lead to serious organic disease.Hypoxia exercises can use of hypoxia stimulate and enhance the body＇s ability to transfer oxygen,and did have an impact to the apoptosis of body.This article discusses the characteristics of apoptosis,the influences that hypoxia exercises on apoptosis of different body tissues and organs,the possible mechanisms hypoxia-induced apoptosis in the exercises.
