上海人才贡献率研究

On Talent Contribution Rate in Shanghai

本文采用柯布——道格拉斯生产函数,对上海自改革开放以来,尤其是浦东开发以来,上海人力资本、人才资本对经济增长的贡献率进行了研究,并对未来年份上海人才贡献率进行了预测。研究发现,自改革开放以来,上海人才对经济增长的贡献率不断上升,但仍低于物质资本的贡献水平;与其他省市相比,上海的人才贡献率处于国内领先水平;到2020年,上海人才贡献率将超过物质资本的贡献率,成为促进经济发展的第一因素。上海政府应进一步转变发展思路,提高人力资本投资水平,优化投资结构,继续建设人才高地,提高人才贡献率。

Based on the Cobb-Douglas production function and econometric theory,the paper analyses the human capital contribution rate in Shanghai since 1978,and comes to the conclusion that human capital contribution rate has risen significantly since 1978,but is still lower than the physical capital contribution rate,and compared with other areas,the human capital contribution rate of Shanghai is the highest in China.The Shanghai government should change in thinking,improve the investment level and optimize investment structure,to further improve the human capital contribution rate in the new round of development.
