This paper introduced the characteristics and structure and principle of the Mould Monitoring System（Breakout Prediction System） in casting slab.By precise detection measure in the actual production to realized the function of the mould breakout prediction.According to analysis the factors which affect accuracy,put forward the optimization method,achieved the satisfied results.
