不同囊壁材料触破式微胶囊剂的药效及持效期 被引量:6

A Study on Pesticide Effects and Duration of Contacted Breaking Release Microcapsules with Different Wall Materials and Thickness

摘要 研究了以明胶-阿拉伯树胶和聚胺酯为囊壁材料,六种不同囊壁厚度的触破式微胶囊剂,对虫非蠊、松墨天牛、云斑天牛成虫的触破药效及持效期。结果表明:(1)明-氰-倍1号和聚-氰-倍1号,在野外自然环境喷施22d后,对虫非蠊的毒杀校正率仍达80%。其药效和持效期远远高于相同浓度和剂量的乳油。(2)聚-氰-倍3号,喷施马尾松树上26d后,对松墨天牛成虫毒杀校正死亡率达77.8%。(3)聚-氰-倍3号、4号、明-氰-倍2号,在喷施杨树干上22d后,对云斑天牛成虫毒杀校正死亡率达80%;而其乳油在喷施第8天后,毒杀死亡率已下降到10%。这说明触破式微胶囊剂具有抗环境能力强、持效期长,防治天牛成虫效果好等优点。 This paper deals with pesticide effects and duration of contacted_breaking release microcapsules with different wall thickness, prepared with compound pesticides, fenvalerate_fenthion (FF) and wall polymer, polyaminoresin (P), gelation_gum acacia (G), to Monochamus alternatus Hope、 Baocera horsfieldi (Hope)、 Blattella germanica (L.). Test resutls show that: Firstly Microcapsules PFF-1,GFF-1 maintained 80% mortality to B. germanica (L.) after 22days in field, higher than corresponding emusifiable concentrate (EC). Secondly after being sprayed on pine, PFF-3 lasted more than 26 days with 77.8% mortality to M. alternatus. Thirdly PFF-3、PFF-4、GFF-2 maintained more than 22 days with toxicity to B. horsfieldi after being sprayed on poplar stem, but the mortality of corresponding EC was lower than 10% after 8 days. These tests indicate that contacted_breaking microcapsules have some advantages, such as resistence to environmental factors, a long effect duration and a better effect on controlling the cerambycids adults etc.
