摘要 ISP工艺中用铅泥替代部分铅精矿,生产实践表明:烧结原料中配入铅泥不仅对烧结块的强度、孔隙度等理化指标没有影响,而且降低了烧结块残硫,有利于鼓风炉还原熔炼的进行和提高铅的直产率,同时铅泥中的铅、锌、银等有价金属得到回收。 Imperial Smelting Furnace technology adopted lead mud to replace part of lead concentrates. The production practice showed that participation of lead mud into raw materials not only unaffected the strength of sintered block, porosity and other physical and chemical indicators, but also lowered residual sulfur of sintered block. It is benefited to conduct of reducing smelting in blast furnace and to improve the direct lead recovery. Lead, zinc, silver and other valuable metals in lead mud were recovered at the same time.
