摘要
本文结合生产实践,分析了铜电解过程中阴极铜表面出现针刺状结粒的原因,通过严格控制添加剂及相关电解条件,实现了阴极铜表面质量的改善,得到的阴极铜表面平整、结晶致密,纯度提高。
The causes for particle formation on the cathode copper surface in copper electrolytic refine were analyzed based on the production practice. The surface quality of cathode copper improved by strictly controlling additive and related electrolytic conditions. The cathode surface was smooth, fine crystal and the purity increased.
