摘要
对话是消除分歧沟通思想的有效途径。大学英语对话式教学要求师生生生在平等民主的课堂氛围中围绕话题真诚对话,建构知识,提高听说技能,培养批判思维。本文以Long(1983)的交互理论interaction hy-pothesis和维果斯基的社会文化理论sociocultural theory为理论基础,结合已有的对话式英语教学的实践研究说明应用对话式大学英语教学的时代必然性。
Dialogue is an effective way to iron out differences and to bridge gaps.Dialogic Teaching in College English states that sincere talks should be carried out between teacher and students or among students in the equal and democratic classroom atmosphere so that students can establish their understanding,develop the techniques of listening and speaking,and cultivate their critique thinking as well.This article,introducing the interaction hypothesis and the sociocultural theory as the theoretical basis coupled by the ready-made practice of Dialogic Teaching,aims to confirm that applying the Dialogic Teaching into College English is a call from the times.
