版权产业在各国的国民经济中处于非常重要的位置,成为各国竞争力的核心要素。从整体上看,中国版权产业仍然处在起步、探索、培育、发展的初级阶段。要通过全面落实《国家知识产权战略纲要》部署、依法加强版权保护,完善版权产业发展的法治环境、鼓励与版权产业相关的知识产权创造和运用,提高自主知识产权水平、完善制度,促进版权市场化、培育和发展知识产权文化,加强版权产业人才队伍建设,加速推进我国版权产业的发展。

Copyright industries have become the core element of national competitiveness.Overall,China＇s copyright industry is still in the beginning,It just need to explored and nurtured.Through full implementation of the ＂Outline of National Intellectual Property Strategy＂,we should strengthen copyright protection under the law,improve the legal environment for the development of copyright industries,and copyright industries needs to encourage the creation and use of intellectual property rights which related to,and raise the level of independent intellectual property rights,improve the system and promote the rights market technology,training and development of Intellectual property culture and strengthen our work force in the copyright industry,That means to speed up the version to promote the development of China＇s copyright industry.
