胫骨中下段骨折微创手术器械的研发设计与应用 被引量:2

Design and application of minimally invasive surgical instruments for lower tibial fracture

摘要 目的介绍胫骨中下段骨折微创手术器械的研发设计与应用。方法胫骨中下段骨折采用经皮微创钢板内固定术,术中选用适合胫骨中下段解剖特点的锁定加压钢板,结合自行设计的复位固定器及钢板置入器。结果随访X线片未出现骨折延迟愈合及不愈合,无畸形愈合,钢板螺钉无断裂及移位发生。结论术中利用微创器械,使骨折复位简单,钢板置入容易,缩短了手术时间,减少了手术创伤,更符合生物学钢板内固定术的概念。 Objective To introduce lower tibial fractures minimally invasive surgery for development of instruments design and application.Method lower tibial fractures using minimally invasive percutaneous plate fixation,intraoperative selection of tibial segment for anatomic characteristics of locking compression plate,combined with self-designed reset holder and steel placement.Results Follow-up X-ray films,did not appear delayed union and nonunion fractures,no malunion,plate and screw did not occurs fracture and shift.Conclusion using of minimally invasive devices in the surgery,,that make fracture restoration simple and steel plate into easily,shorten the time of surgery,reduce the surgical wound,and conforms to the concept of biological plate fixation.
