摘要
通过对大学生、用人单位和就业指导专家进行问卷调查,得出影响大学生就业质量的主要因素,建立了大学生就业质量影响因素层次模型.并利用层次分析法分析了影响大学毕业生就业质量因素的权重,为高校提高人才培养质量和学生就业质量提供参考,也为大学生在校期间明确学习方向提供指导.
This article presents the main factors that affect the employment quality of university graduates by sending out questionnaires to students ,employers and careers guidance professionals,and have established the hierarchy model for the factors that affect the employment quality of university students. Besides,by utilizing the AHP it analyzes the weight of factors that affect the quality of university students. So,this article could provide reference for institutions to improve the quality of cultivating talents and the students' employment,as well as to provide a guidance for undergraduates to have a clear direction towards study.
