摘要
目的评价注射用硫酸头孢匹罗的安全性。方法将注射用硫酸头孢匹罗配制成适当浓度,观察大鼠静脉注射后有无主动过敏反应和被动皮肤过敏反应;家兔静脉注射后有无血管、肌肉刺激性及热原反应、体外溶血实验中,是否有溶血和血细胞凝集作用。结果大鼠静脉注射用硫酸头孢匹罗无过敏反应,家兔静脉注射用硫酸头孢匹罗无血管刺激性及热原反应,体外溶血实验无溶血和血细胞凝集作用。结论注射用硫酸头孢匹罗可供静脉注射试用给药。
Objective To evaluate the safety of cefpirome sulfate for injection.Methods Four experiments were used,including initiative and passive allergic tests induced by cefpirome sulfate for injection in SD rats,haemolysis and blood cell agglutination test in vitro and stimulation test to blood vessel and muscles in rabbits.Results No stimulation and pyrogen reactions were seen in rabbits after given cefpirome sulfate for injection.Initiative and passive allergic reactions were not occurred in SD rats.Conclusion Cefpirome sulfate for injection is safe for intravenous injection.
