我院剖宫产手术预防感染应用抗菌药物的合理性分析

Rationality analysis of perioperative antibacterial drug utilization in patients undergoing cesarean section

目的探讨剖宫产手术围术期抗菌药物的合理应用。方法回顾性分析2009年7月妇产科170例剖宫产产妇抗茼药物应用情况。结果170例剖宫产产妇围术期均应用了抗菌药物，其中94．7％的产妇应用1种抗茼药物，使用频率最高的是阿奇霉索和头孢呋辛钠，疗程一般为5d。大多数产妇采取手术后给药。结论剖宫产产妇围术期抗菌药物预防性应用存在不合理之处，主要表现在给药时机不当、用药剂量过大以及应用时间过长，应按围术期抗菌药物应用原则加以干预。

Objective To investigate the rational perioperative utilization of antibacterial drugs in cesarean section patients. Methods Perioperative antimicrobials used of 170 cesarean section patients were studied retrospectively in July 2009. Results The rate of antibacterials use was 100% among 170 cesarean section patients. The using rote of azithromycin and cefuroxime sodium was the highest. The using rote of single medication was 94.7%. Most cases of the medication were given after operation. Conclusion There are phenomenon of irrational prophylactic antibacterials use（ inappropriate time of medication, overdose and over prolonged use） for cesarean section patients during perioperative period in our hospital Intervention should be given according to the pedoperative antibacterial drugs application principle.
