摘要
目的评价国产厄贝沙坦/氢氯噻嗪对高血压患者的临床疗效。方法选择74例原发性高血压患者,日服1～2片厄贝沙坦/氢氯噻嗪,于4、8周前后观察24h动态血压监测结果。结果治疗4、8周后,24h平均血压下降26.74/14.46mmHg,31.82/18.25mmHg。结论国产厄贝沙坦/氢氯噻嗪日服1次对原发性高血压疗效确切。
Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of Irbesartan/hydrochlorothiazide on patients with hypertension.Methods 74 patients with primary hypertension were chose to take Irbesartan/hydrochlorothiazide orally for 4 and 8 weeks,the dynamic changes of blood pressure were observed.Results The blood pressure decreased about 26.74/14.46 mmHg and 31.82/18.25 mmHg after treatment of Irbesartan/hydrochlorothiazide for corresponding 4 and 8 weeks.Conclusion Homemade Irbesartan/hydrochlorothiazide has exact curative effect on patients with primary hypertension when taken orally everyday.
