摘要
在生产线平衡改善原则的基础上,以某企业笔记本外壳装配线为例,以各工位作业测定的作业时间为依据,并结合该装配线的实际问题进行分析。通过运用工业工程各种手法,采用5W 1H提问技术和ECRS分析原则对瓶颈工位进行作业改善,使得改善后的生产线生产效率提升,生产线运行更加顺畅。
In the paper,the practical problems of notebook case assembling lines in an enterprise are analyzed according to the work-time identified in every station on the basis of the principle of improvement lines balancing.The bottleneck stations of notebook case assembling lines are improved by using some ways of industrial engineering,such as 5W1H quiz technology and ECRS analysis principle.The results show that the efficiency of bottleneck lines is greatly upgraded and the lines are better than ever.
