摘要
综述了轴流透平机械通流部分泄漏流动及控制技术的研究进展,首先详细介绍了轴流透平机械特别是汽轮机通流部分的泄漏流动特性及其对通流效率的影响,接着介绍了透平机械动叶顶部间隙泄漏流动特性及其对透平级气动性能的影响的研究,讨论了考虑间隙泄漏流动对某四级工业汽轮机气动性能的影响,研究了某汽轮机高压缸平衡孔对透平级气动性能的影响及其作用机制。论文简介了透平机械流动控制技术及其研究进展,最后给出了对透平机械泄漏流动及控制技术的研究展望。
Review on leakage flows and their controlling technology in flow passage of axial turbomachinery is presented.The leakage flow characteristics and their effects on the aerodynamic performance of axial turbomachinery,especially in steam turbines,are described in detail.The leakage flow characteristics on rotor blade tip in turbomachinery are described based on the research works of TurboAero Group of Xi/'an Jiaotong University.In addition,the effect of leakage flow on the flow field of a typical four stage industrial turbine is discussed.Furthermore,the influence of balance hole on the aerodynamic performance of a typical high pressure steam turbine stage is presented and the flow controlling technologies and their application in leakage flow of turbomachinery are briefly summarized,thus giving the research prospect of the leakage flow controlling technologies for advanced design of the flow passages path in turbomachinery industries.
