摘要
以200MW等级IGCC发电工程主工艺系统方案的优化设计过程为例,详细介绍了该功率等级IGCC电站用汽轮机的设计定型过程,配合IGCC系统完成了汽轮机参数优化和性能计算,得出了汽轮机参数选型和锅炉设计方式对汽轮机效率和功率的影响规律,确定了基准方案参数及结果的最优性,达到了IGCC发电工程总体供电效率最高的目标。
Taking the main process system optimization design of 200MW IGCC power project for example,the design finalizing course of IGCC steam turbines for power plant is given in this paper,and the parameter optimization and performance computation for steam turbines combined with IGCC system are accomplished.Therefore,the influence law of steam turbine parameter and boiler design method on steam turbine efficiency and power is obtained,finally the scheme parameter and result optimization are determined and the highest target of gross electric supply efficiency of IGCC power plant is achieved.
