摘要
结合某台300MW机组启动过程中振动故障的处理,从理论上分析机组大修后启动过程中出现的如碰磨、轴承稳定性差等振动现象,从运行和检修角度提出了具体的解决方案并加以实施,最终确保了机组大修后的顺利启动。文中提到的多个故障诊断的方法及相关的预防措施,对机组的检修和运行有很好的实际参考价值和理论指导意义。
Combined with the vibration analysis and dealing of a 300MW turbo-generator,the vibration/'s phenomenon including rubbing,bearing unbalance etc.,which occurred during start-up,was analyzed theoretically,therefore,the solution was proposed with respect to operation and maintenance to assure its working smoothly.The fault diagnosis methods and its preventive measures mentioned in context can be used as better reference for unit/'s operation and maintenance.
