小汽机油泵切换引起跳闸事故的分析及处理 被引量:5

摘要 对给水泵汽轮机由于润滑油泵切换引起跳闸事故进行了原因分析,指出:事故发生的主要原因是小汽机润滑油泵故障切换时,油泵启动时间过长导致润滑油母管压力过低而跳机。通过采取在润滑油管路中加装蓄能器的措施,消除了因油泵故障切换导致小汽机跳闸的安全隐患。本文所述的分析和处理方法可供同类电厂参考。 The issues on the trip incident of boiler feed pump turbine(BFPT) due to the lube oil pump switching are analyzed in this paper,it is indicated that the incident is mainly caused by the lower lube oil pressure resulted from a longer start-up time during the lube oil pump switching.The trip of BFPT caused by the oil pump fault was eliminated finally when the power accumulator was added in the lube oil system.The analysis and measures described in the paper can be used for reference in the power plants with same type.
