摘要
了解成都市金牛区健康人群甲型H1N1流感抗体水平和甲型H1N1流感疫苗的免疫效果。方法分别于一个流行期前后检测3~11、12~17、18~60、〉60岁4个年龄组健康人群甲型H1N1流感抗体水平,同时对部分人群分年龄组接种甲型H1N1流感疫苗,1月后检测其抗体水平。结果目前该区健康人群甲型H1N1流感抗体达到保护水平的比例为44.23%,GMT水平为1∶23.35,各年龄组差异有统计学意义(χ2=46.42,P〈0.01;F=25.02,P〈0.01),其中3~11、12~17岁组抗体水平较流行前期均有上升;甲型H1N1流感疫苗免疫后人群抗体阳转率为88.98%,GMT水平为1∶325.20,各年龄组之间差异有统计学意义(χ2=23.78,P〈0.01;F=13.23,P〈0.01),以311岁组水平较低。结论目前除1217岁组抗体水平较高外,其他年龄组保护性抗体比例仍较低,有必要对其继续加强甲型H1N1流感疫苗的宣传和接种。
Objective To understand the antibody level to 2009 pandemic influenza A(H1N1)virus and antibody response to the vaccination among the healthy population in Jinniu district.Methods The serum samples for antibody level test were collected at the beginning and the end of the epidemic period among the healthy population in age group of 3-11,12-17,18-60 and 60 years,and the serum samples for antibody response test were collected 1 month later after the vaccination.Results The rate of protective antibody was 44.23% and the GMT was 1∶23.35,the differences among age groups were statistical significant(χ2=46.42,P0.01;F=25.02,P0.01).The antibody levels in age groups of 3-11 and 12-17 years were higher than the early epidemic period,and the antibody positive rate and GMT were 88.98% and 1∶325.20 respectively after the vaccination,the differences among age groups were statistical significant(χ2=23.78,P0.01;F=13.23,P0.01).The antibody positive rate and GMT were lower in age group of 3-11 years compared with other age groups.Conclusion The antibody levels to 2009 pandemic influenza A(H1N1)virus were low among the healthy population except the age group of 12-17 years.It is necessary to strengthen the publicity of the vaccination against 2009 pandemic influenza A(H1N1)virus infection.
