教育生态学视野下的高校学生管理新探

A Study of Management of University Students from Perspective of Educational Ecology

高校学生对校园生态现状不甚满意,学生个体发展由于一些原因而存在失衡现象。回归学生现实生活,营造绿色人际关系,走出教育生态中的局部生境,减少校内生态位的重叠,建立校园危机干预机制,是实现高校学生的生态学管理的主要思路。

University students are not satisfied with the ecological status of university.There exists unbalanced phenomenon in students＇ individual development.There are some thoughts which are helpful for realizing ecological management of university students such as returning students＇ realistic life,creating green interpersonal relationships,going out of the limitation of the educational environment,reducing ecological overlapping in university,establishing intervention mechanism for campus crisis.
