摘要
基本办学条件是正常开展教学的前提,培养合格人才的保证。我国现行的高校办学条件指标体系存在一定的问题,需要从推迟统计时点、改进测算办法、调整指标体系、建立多元化的指标标准等方面进行完善,从而更切实际地指导高校建设,保证高等教育快速、持续、健康发展。
The basic condition for university-running is a necessity for normal teaching and training qualified personnel.There exist some problems in current index system for the basic condition of university-running.We should improve it by delaying statistical time-point,improving calculation approach,adjusting index system and establishing diverse index standard so as to guide university construction in a more practical way and ensure quick,sustainable and healthy development of higher education.
