农机化项目计算机辅助评价系统的开发

Design and Realization of Computer-assisted Appraisal System for Agricultural Mechanization Project

文章以Visual Basic 6.0软件为开发平台,针对农机化项目的绩效评价开发了计算机辅助评价系统。该系统可以实现两个功能:一是形成适用于绩效评价的数据文件,即评判矩阵数据文件、加权向量数据文件和评判集数据文件;二是在给出数据文件的基础上求出结果向量,并最终计算出项目的评判结果。

Computer-assisted appraisal system of agricultural mechanization project was designed with Visual Basic 6.0.The system consisted of two functions.First,it could create data files which were fit to performance appraisal,that were Evaluation Matrix,Weighting vector and Evaluation Set.Second,it could obtain the appraised result if the data files were given.And the Evaluation Results of the project were obtained in the end.
