摘要 教师专业发展是教师教育重要的组成部分,其发展方式决定着教师的专业发展既快又好地进行。美国在职教师专业发展方式具有法律保障、理论完善、体系健全等特点,对构建我国在职教师专业发展方式,促进在职教师专业发展水平的提高,具有重大的现实意义。 Teacher professional development is an important part of teacher education,The professional development mode determine the work faster and better. There are some characteristics of in-service teacher professional development mode in United States, such as legal safeguard, perfect theory and sound system. It is of great practical significance for Chinese to construct the mode of in-service teacher professional development and to promote teacher professional development.
