Operation Environment of Microcredit Companies and Its Improvement:On the Perspectives of Current Operation of Microcredit Company in Zhejiang

本文选取浙江省这一典型试点省份,通过考察浙江省小额贷款公司的运行现状,重点分析小额贷款公司所处的制度环境,深入剖析当前制度供给中的若干缺陷,明确从外部制度和内部环境两方面进行制度完善,配合与之密切相关的保险、担保及征信系统等配套制度的相应变革,以实现小额贷款公司的可持续发展。

Pilot projects running microcredit companies have emerged rapidly within the nation.This reveals that microcredit companies,as a new kind of non-governmental financing,have become an indispensable component in the development of benign capital financing market.By investigating the operation status of microcredit companies in the typical pilot province of Zhejiang and analyzing their institutional environment,this paper detects some defects in the supply of the current system.In order to ensure sustainable development of microcredit companies,we should carry out further reforms in areas such as insurance,credit system and the supporting system.
