摘要
通过对上海商学院2008—2009学年第一学期开设管理学课程的14个本科教学班级实践型教学方法应用效果的调查研究,发现学生对以学生为中心,理论与实践相结合的互动式、体验式、模拟式、项目驱动式和自主学习式的实践型教学方法有着很高的认可度和期望值,对实践型教学的有效型和多方面作用给予了充分的肯定,对本学期进行的实践型教学较为满意,但距离学生们的期望值仍有一定差距。文章通过调查和分析,就如何进一步提高实践型教学的质量和有效性提出一些有益的建议。
SBS offered Management courses for 14 classes during the 2008-2009 school year.After investigating and analyzing the effects of practice-based teaching in this course,it is found that students cherish high recognition and expectation for the student-centered teaching approach which combines theory with practice through various ways of communicating,experiencing,simulating,project-driving and self-teaching modes.Furthermore,students are more satisfied with this kind of teaching and fully approved of it because of its effectiveness and various roles.At the same time,however,there is still some deficiency in this approach.Toward the end,the article gives some advice to further improve the quality and effectiveness of this approach.
