福建奥运军团的龙岩现象解析

An Analysis on Longyan Phenomenon in Fujian Olympic Teams

运用文献资料法、访谈法和归纳法等方法,对奥运福建军团"龙岩现象"的产生进行了深入剖析。结果表明,高质量的教练人才队伍、合理到位的指导思想、完善的训练体制与优秀人才的保障体系、广泛的群众基础与传统体育氛围、红土地精神支柱是"龙岩现象"产生的主要因素。

This paper is to deeply analyze ＂Longyan Phenomenon＂by literature,interviews and mathematical statistics,etc.The result shows that a qualified coach team and an atmosphere of mass sports,the spirit of the Revolutionary Base,a reasonable guiding ideology,a perfect training physique and excellent athletes reserve are the main factors which have produced such a ＂Longyan Phenomenon＂.
