摘要
人才培养特色是高等院校办学所追求的目标,而人才培养的特色需要有具体的特色培养方案、特色办学模式和特色实践环节来呈现和落实。笔者在分析目前外语专业办学所存在问题的基础上,提出通过培养方案的优化、办学模式的多元化、职业能力的强化等方面来培养有特色的复合型外语人才,彰显专业特色,满足社会发展和经济建设对外语人才的需求。
The characteristic education of students is the aim that all universities are pursuing,and the educational characteristics should be demonstrated from teaching programs,teaching modes and professional practice.This paper tries,after analyzing the existing problems in current education of majors in FL,to discover ways of educating versatile majors in FL through optimizing the teaching programs,diversifying the teaching modes and strengthening the professional competence so as to meet the demand of social development and economic construction.
