中小学心理教育师资队伍建设的思考与建议——基于福建省371名中小学校长、班主任、心理教师的调查分析 被引量:10

摘要 学校心理健康教育的专业性、综合性、实践性较强,对从业者的专业素养的要求较高。然而,基于371名中小学校长、班主任、心理教师的调查显示,当前福建省中小学心理健康教育师资队伍建设存在着教师数量不足,专业化水平和程度不够;培训体系不够健全,培训实效性不显著;对心理教师的角色定位不明确;相关政策法规不完善,政策支持不足等问题。为此,建议加强对学校心理健康教育的政策支持,建立系统的师资培养、培训计划,建立系统的专业资格评价标准。 Due to the professionalism,comprehensiveness and practicalness of mental health education,high qualities of its practitioners are required.However,based on the survey of 371 primary and secondary school teachers,including the principals,head teachers,and teachers of mental health,the current primary and secondary education in mental health in Fujian Province still has a lot to improve for it has neither a clear positioning its teachers nor sufficient teaching staff.It is still low in its professionalism and pragmaticality with relevant policies and regulations being imperfect.Therefore,this paper proposes to strengthen a policy support to the education of mental health,to establish a educational system and training programs for the teaching staff as well as to create a professional evaluation system.
