摘要
概述了美军电磁环境效应研究的历史及其概念的演化过程。指出了现有文献资料在电磁环境效应概念定义中存在的问题,提出了电磁环境效应的一般概念,并对如何在狭义和广义层面上理解电磁环境效应作出了解释。
The history of the research on the Electromagnetic Environment Effects and the evolution of its concept in U.S Army are reviewed.It is found that there exists some problems for the definition of the Electromagnetic Environment Effects in the literatures.The general concept of the Electromagnetic Environment Effects is presented,and an explanation is given to the special sense and the general sense of this concept.
